It came to us as a big but very pleasant surprise in 2022 when we suddenly found ourselves in the top 1 % of the country’s best employers. Now we’re equally delighted to have repeated the feat by winning a Leading Employer 2023 award!
Contenders for the LEADING EMPLOYERS 2023 award were ranked by a meta-analysis that assessed employer qualities in more than 160,000 companies. DEBATIN once again came top of the three award-winning companies in Bruchsal, and second of the ten award-winning companies in the printing/packaging industry. On a national scale, we were able to improve our ranking from 410th to 383rd place, while in the federal state of Baden-Wuerttemberg, we moved up from position 71 to 68!
The independent and neutral LEADING EMPLOYERS meta-analysis organised by the Institute of Research & Data Aggregation was first conducted in 2017. It takes a holistic approach – researching, verifying and assessing various areas that make a difference to the lives of employees, including aspects such as appreciation and respect, the working environment and working conditions. The picture that thus emerges is realistic and differentiated, and the detailed assessment can help people find good, responsible employers in their chosen field of work.

Just like in 2022, DEBATIN achieved an above-average score for employee satisfaction.
